Medium shot for a commercial electricity meter in Alhazm city the capital of Aljawf governate.
Many governorates in Yemen are not receiving the public electricity completely since the beginning of the conflict in Yemen.
This lead to constructing commercial electricity stations powered by huge generators and owned by traders. Cost of unit varies normally from station to another
but not that much difference in cost. However, all power stations impose very high cost for unit. This is due to the high cost of diesel.
Whenever there is a diesel shortage, units rates reach unbelievable prices.
